Alternative Weddings

Getting married is an important rite of passage, and choosing to make a public commitment to a loved one will be one of the most memorable and important things we do in our lives.

But not all couples want to follow the traditions of the past.  Many are looking to create a unique ceremony that is stamped with their own personalities and style, and to have a ceremony with meaning – their own Alternative Wedding, or Commitment Ceremony that is different to ‘the norm’.

As a non-religious Celebrant, Julia will work with you to design your own ‘wedding’ where and when you want it.

Every ceremony is different, and each ‘wedding’ is tailored to suit each couple’s requirements, however quirky!  Your ‘marriage’ will be celebrated how you want it to be, and will reflect your distinct tastes, personalities and ‘beliefs’.  Celebrating the union of two people can be much more special and memorable when you do it in your own style.
